How It Works
Choosing Colors
First things first...COLORS!!!
Yep you got it we need to know what your color scheme is. So if we are matching an outfit please send us swatches or pictures.
**Its VERY important if you send us pictures that they are taken in a well lit area, and that they are clear. Please include closeups so we can see the proper color to try to get the best match.
Then we will send you pictures of the thread samples for your approval
Pad Pattern Options
Time to choose your pad pattern, and we have several to pick from!

We have a few options;

Traditional Pads ($250), can be done in any size, with a 34x42 as our normal size and weighing about 8 lb. There are 10 patterns choices with this option and these pads can be reproduced.

Traditional Pads -Single Copy ($400), same as Traditional, only one created

D-Lux ($275), can be done in any size, with a 34x42 as our normal size and weighing about 8 lb. There are 4 patterns choices with this option and these pads can be reproduced.

D-Lux Single Copy ($425), same as D-Lux, only one created

Elite Pads ($350), can be done in any size, with a 34x42 as our normal size and weighing about 10 lb. There are 5 patterns choices with this option and these pads can be reproduced, no more than 3 times

Elite Pads -Single Copy ($475), same as Elite, only one copy.

Ranch Pads ($200), can be done in any size, with a 34x38 as our normal size and weighing about 6 lb. There are 6 patterns choices with this option and these pads can be reproduced.
Receiving Proofs
So we finalized your colors, and picked your patterns, now proofs. Before we send out your proofs we do require payment be made in full. Upon receiving payment you will be placed in line to receive your proofs (typically you will receive these within 3 days and will be notified ahead of time if longer).
When you receive your proofs you will have 4 options. And because computer/phone screens alter colors we will also send a picture of your threads as a reminder of your colors.
I don't love my options, or I like this from 2 and this from 3 but prefer pattern 1-No worries we can adjust your proofs as many times as we to until you absolutely love it!
Finalizing & Receiving My Pad
I have approved my proof, so now what happens....
We schedule your pad to be woven.
All of our pads are hand woven and checked for accuracy and quality. Typically pads can take 4-6 weeks from proof approval date. But during the height of preparing for show season (and show season) pads can take up to 10-12 weeks, or longer, from date of approval.
**All sales on custom size pads are final.
**Regular sized pads my be exchanged for another.
**Buyer is responsible for all shipping expenses.
